Toastique, the gourmet toast and juice café known for its fresh, nutrient-packed fare, is making its debut in Newtown Square on July 19. Located in the Ellis Preserve development, the new outpost will serve up vibrant, health-conscious meals tailored to busy professionals, wellness seekers, and locals looking for high-quality, grab-and-go options.
The sleek, modern space will offer a menu built around eye-catching, nutritious creations. Signature toasts include the PB Crunch with house-made honey roasted peanut butter and fruit on walnut raisin toast, and the Smoked Salmon Toast layered with herbed cream cheese, cucumber, arugula, capers, and microgreens. Savory options like the Tuscan Tuna Toast bring Mediterranean flair, while a lineup of smoothie bowls, such as the Matcha Bowl, delivers superfood blends topped with fresh fruits and seeds.
Guests will also find a wide selection of smoothies, cold-pressed juices, and specialty coffees. Highlights include the Green Machine Smoothie packed with greens and tropical fruit, as well as the popular Radiance Juice, made with citrus and basil. Nitro cold brew and collagen lattes round out a beverage program designed to energize and nourish.
